The artists that agreed to exhibit their work on this podcast come from different backgrounds and different continents - but they share one thing in common - their sound is unique and unexpected, and it represents the spectrum of music that exists way beyond your MTV or local radio station. So if words like IDM, Dub or Glitch don't spook you - I hope you enjoy your stay. And if this is your first time with this type of music - get ready to open your ears, for this is surely going to be a new and exciting experience.

Roland and Daniel Voss from the Lemongrassmusic have, once again, licensed my music for future publishing on their brilliant downtempo / chillout compilations.

Around Midnight - Review on Chilloutscene.com

Chris from Chillout Scene just issued a wonderful review for Around Midnight.

Here's a little preview:

"Premonition" is a VERY well done track. A quiet bass intro is proceeded by more terrific piano playing and a great drum track. The synth adds nicely to the music and it builds to a big sound, which reminded me a bit of Ulrich Schnauss' style of electronica. This was my favorite of the four tracks I previewed.

Alex's piano playing is superb and is the highlight of this great electronic chillout music. I highly recommend picking up his album available for download at Amazon, iTunes, etc.
